Working in a fast-paced, small team environment, you'll provide customers with a fun, safe and memorable entertainment venue experience.
We currently have two exciting casual roles available.
These roles provide a few shifts per week (approximately 15-20 hours) and shift hours may vary from week to week.
The available roles are:
Customer Service Team Member - Be the friendly face greeting customers upon arrival, assigning lanes, collecting payments and handing out those classic bowling shoes.
You'll also be answering customer enquiries via phone, email and assisting in our on-site café.Bowling Technician Team Member - Get hands on with the engines of our business by servicing, maintaining and repairing our bowling machines, lanes and amusement machines.
You'll also handle some general venue maintenance and customer facing duties.Skills and Attributes Required We're excited to hear about how you'll enhance the team at Northern Bowl!
We're looking for people who:
Have a friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitudeHave excellent communication skillsAre passionate about delivering great customer serviceAre available to work weekends, nights and school holidaysIn addition to the above, the Bowling Technician Team Member should:
Be mechanically minded to investigate and solve problemsHave the agility to climb up onto and around the bowling machinesHave the physical fitness to perform lifting and pushing tasksSome experience in the above or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
