Customer Service Advisor

As this is a customer contact role, there is a focus on delivering a high level of customer service to valued customers.
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar customer service role.
We also offer further management support along with world recognised manufacture based training.
As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer's experience, from the appointment through to completion & collection of their vehicle.
From greeting vehicle owners on the drive way through to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.
Your entire role will be centered on creating impressive interactions where you will instinctively understand how to truly deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer.
Advisor responsibilities include but not limited to: Greeting customers promptly Obtaining customer and vehicle information Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Ensure compliance with group and stakeholder policies The ideal candidate will have the following attributes Self motivated Well organised Able to work in a team environment Have excellent customer service and communication skills Be willing to learn Neat and tidy appearance A friendly attitude A current driver's licence is required If you are a passionate customer focused person and keen to join a company that recognises people who add value to the business, you are encouraged to apply by forwarding a cover letter and resume.
