This entry-level position provides a valuable pathway into the public sector, where you'll support Australians with complex needs in a rewarding administrative role.Key Responsibilities:Provide front-line reception support, helping participants with enquiries and self-service kiosksRespond to customer inquiries, offer relevant information, and refer to government or community services as neededManage shared team email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiriesCoordinate and facilitate appointments using agency facilities, ensuring accessibility for all participantsPerform data entry and follow-up tasks to maintain accurate recordsWhat We're Looking For:Excellent communication and customer service skillsIntermediate administration skills with willingness to learn and further develop your skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a readiness to learn new systems.Desirable: Experience (professional or lived) with disabilitiesHours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Start Date: Monday, January 20th, 2025Work Location: Gosford Office-based (no remote work option)How to Apply:To apply, please submit your resume.
