Based in Australia, we are a leading supplier of innovative, sustainable options for growers including Fungicides, Insecticides, Herbicides, Plant Growth Regulators, Thinning Products, Adjuvants, Traps and Pheromones.
Our business continues to grow, driven by the needs of the horticultural industry throughout Australia and across the globe. We partner with innovative, independent scientists and researchers to develop products on a local level, ensuring they are effective, whilst being more environmentally sustainable. In turn, helping industry meet the challenging demands of consumers and enabling crops to be grown more sustainably.
Due to the company's growth, we are now seeking a high-quality candidate to join the 7 Worlds Ag Team to fill a customer service / administration role created by an internal promotion
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all the business customers, sales staff and internal stakeholders in a professional, friendly, prompt and helpful manner.Expedite customer orders, deliveries, stock control, inventory and transportProvide appropriate reports for sales teamMaintaining CRM databaseDuties of Role: Order entry, stock allocation (inventory control) and releasing and management of inventory through 3PL warehouses.Responding to emails and telephone messages from customers and sales representatives in a timely mannerDealing with customer queries re: deliveries, purchase orders, and product availability, transport bookings, backorders etc. Liaising with warehouse staff regarding stock delivery Producing weekly stock reportsUpdating CRM with customer details as required Answering customer enquiries - returns, orders over the phone or email.Skill & Attribute Criteria: Provide outstanding customer service.Time management skillsAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to communicate in a clear, concise manner, listen attentively to others and provide instructions.Be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office SuiteA positive "can do" attitude.Patient, calm and able to handle complaints and difficult situations effectively.Desire to work in a team oriented, growth environment.Endless passion and drive to succeed
