We are recruiting a Customer Response Consultant to join our Customer Contact Centre. This is a maximum term position for 6 months, working 2 days a week OR 16 hours per week.
Immediate start subject to background and reference checks. The purpose of the role is to conduct outbound calls, record customer feedback and collect HR data. This role would ideally suit a candidate looking for a part-time role with flexibility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure that all administration processes are managed effectively through appropriate implementation, monitoring and ongoing improvements to processes where required. Ensure that a professional image is always projected through efficient and respectful interaction with external stakeholders and members of the multidisciplinary team. Ensure that information is properly recorded by updating the relevant files in accordance with organisation guidelines and completing all related administration, filing and spreadsheet/database updates. Education and Experience : Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar. Minimum 2 years Administration/Customer contact centre experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Empathy, compassion and a high regard for integrity and confidentiality. Join a warm, friendly and dynamic team! Enjoy flexibility!
