About the Role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful relationships?
As a Customer Relationship Specialist in our Retail Banking division, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting the needs of our customers.
You will engage in quality conversations with customers to provide tailored solutions while balancing the needs of the bank.
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, uncovering new lending opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will work closely with various internal teams and external partners to retain and acquire new business, all while exemplifying our core values of being spirited, optimistic, curious, inclusive, accountable, and lionhearted About you You are a customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and delivering superior service.
You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a strong ethical belief system.
Your previous experience in a lending role or within a customer-focused environment in Financial Services will be highly valued.
You possess outstanding customer service skills, a consultative sales approach, and a solid understanding of call centre telephony and technology.
Your ability to think analytically, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively will set you apart.
