We are seeking a candidate to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Onboarding and Support Specialist.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Engaging with customers to guide them through the onboarding process. Promptly responding to customer enquiries through various communication platforms. Identify, diagnose and resolve issues within a timely manner. Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence in our CRM and other systems. Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of V-DAQ's products and services. Work within a customer-focused team that understands and supports customer needs. Contribute to our company culture in a positive way. Excellent Communication Skills - Possess an adaptable communication style, strong listening abilities, and a high standard of writing proficiency. Proven Track Record - Demonstrated success in customer onboarding and support roles, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Technical Proficiency - Ability to quickly learn and explain technical aspects of products or service. Excellent Time Management - Prioritise and resolve multiple customers enquiries efficiently. Willingness to Learn - Capable of understanding and applying new industry information. Self-Motivation - Independently manage and complete tasks to a high standard. Desirable Skills and Experience: Client Relationship Management - Passionate about maintaining strong and successful client relationships. Digital Technologies - Strong understanding of digital technologies and solutions, including SaaS, smart devices, apps, etc. Software Proficiency - Experience with software applications, including Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Industry Experience - 2+ years of experience in either Customer Onboarding, Support, or similar roles.
