About the role This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
As Customer Liaison Specialist you will be accountable for delivering communications to customers, ensuring our customers remain informed and happy.
You will advise them on any changes, issues, or enhancements that affect their private network assets.
You will also liaise with them to ensure smooth and timely updates, as well as address any complaints they may have.
Furthermore, you will help the Customer Service Branch in providing efficient and effective service and fostering positive relationships with our Customers, Retailers, and Key Stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role (such as customer advisory, complaints and dispute resolution or a direct customer interface/negotiation role), with proven success in managing complex customer interactions.
In addition to being a flexible, self-motivated you will have experience in data compilation, coordinating communications materials and logistics and managing multiple priorities showcasing your problem solving and decision-making skills.
