With a strategic focus on Rideshare, we provide our customers straightforward, no strings attached access to vehicle ownership.But we aren't just about vehicle ownership; we are also fast-tracking the transition to green mobility, and we are leading the way globally in reducing the carbon footprint of the transportation sector by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.About the RoleThe Customer Experience role will sit in our Haberfield hub and is responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting our customers with a brand new vehicle.Responsibilities:Providing ongoing guidance and support to our customers on how to become more profitable and maintain a higher driver rating.Coaching and feedback to our customers to ensure that their behaviours stay aligned to their contracts and responsibilities on the road.Creating deep and long-lasting relationships that go beyond the levels of service they would expect, including semi-regular catch-ups with each of your customers. Much like any good relationship, you will need to have two-way conversations with customers, including hard conversations around meeting their rental contract obligations.Performing customer onboarding tasks.Providing information around servicing and upgrading.What You'll Bring:Excellent customer experience skills.Attention to detail is paramount.Being a scale-up business, no two days are the same.
