This position offers variety, ensuring that no two days are the same as you provide quality service to make residents' stay at Scape memorable.As the successful Customer Experience superstar, you will act as the first point of contact and be directly responsible for front-of-house engagement, support, and administrative services to all residents, stakeholders, and visitors.The role of Customer Experience requires:Exceptional face-to-face customer service/operations experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy and customer serviceComputer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Accommodation or Customer Management SoftwareExceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolutionPERKS & BENEFITSAt Scape, we are all about creating and sharing good vibes.
