As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other methods of customer contact.
Supporting Site Managers, your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
With a daily focus on customer communication and administrative support, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Clear, effective communication is key to meeting customer and business needs in this role.
You will also bring:  A passion for customer service, with strong listening and communication skills.
Problem-solving skills to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
A proactive attitude, driven to meet KPIs and contribute to team goals.
Attention to detail, ensuring customer notes and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders Excellent organisational and time management skills Experience in customer service, particularly in the residential building industry or contact centre, is highly desirable but not essential.
