The role We are excited to welcome a new group of Customer Excellence Officers to our team who are proudly providing leading edge customer service delivery across South East Water's major customer contact channels!
What you'll do:
Receive inbound customer enquiries: Responding to customer enquiries across an omni-channel environment, our Accounts team takes inbound calls, email cases, and engages in live chat, providing support and guidance to our diverse customer base within the local community. Collaborate: As a critical connection point between South East Water and customers, the Customer Excellence Officer will have the opportunity to work with a great bunch of supportive, committed, customer-focused individuals who have a passion to create a positive and consistent experience for every customer, through every interaction. Problem Solve: With a focus on ensuring the best experience for our customers, our Customer Excellence Officers take ownership for resolving enquiries, identifying appropriate solutions, and aligning them with the customers' requirements. Each role offers:
Full-time hours working shifts that may be rostered between the hours of 7am – 7pm. A thorough 4-5 week in-office training and onboarding program. A 12-month Fixed term contract with a view to permanency based on performance and operational requirements. Hybrid environment – A combination of working from home, as well as in our Frankston office following a fully office-based training period. We have several opportunities available, and applicants who successfully pass the initial screening will be invited to face-to-face interviews at our Frankston office. Those who are selected will be required to start in the position on Monday 18th November. All successful candidates will be required to provide two reference checks and complete a national police check.
