Customer Engagement Manager Melbourne, Australia

Details of the offer

We're looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our mission-driven team.
About Us Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks.
Placed in General Practice, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics, Lyrebird is saving clinicians on average 2 hours per day and enabling a level of care that was previously impossible.
About The Job As a Customer Success Manager at Lyrebird Health, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and resurrecting relationships with our customers.
You will be actively looking to support, teach, and help our clinicians in any way possible, always aiming to ensure an effortless experience.
You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success to implement churn prevention and expansion playbooks and work across SMB and enterprise.
This is an incredibly vital role for us here at Lyrebird, as you will be interfacing with clinicians every single day.
It is crucial that you have an alert mind and can bring those learnings back to the product team.
What You'll Bring to the Table Empathy Driven: You will deeply understand the clinician experience and recognize the need to solve problems quickly and helpfully.
Move with Urgency & Focus: At Lyrebird, we are sprinting every single day, and so are our clinicians.
It is vital that you can keep on top of your workload and move with decisiveness and speed.
In the Details: To truly understand our clinicians, you must be obsessed with understanding how they use the product and helping them maximize their usage every single day.
User Obsession: You'll bring unwavering commitment to developing the most exceptional product for our users, guiding every decision you make at Lyrebird.
A Builder Mindset: You don't accept the status quo.
You see obstacles as opportunities for growth and development, proactively building solutions rather than fixating on problems.
An Olympian Work Ethic: You're relentless in pursuing your goals and demonstrate a high level of ownership, care, and pride in everything you do.
Commitment to the Team: You play for the back of the jersey, not the front.
You're committed to acting in the best interest of Lyrebird and our users at all times.
A Month at Lyrebird You will be actively engaging with clinicians every single day.
You will be on the phone, listening to their problems and actively problem-solving to ensure they have the world-class experience that Lyrebird offers.
You will work very closely with the founders and product team to ensure that the product is offering something that these clinicians need and want.
Join us.
We're transforming the future of healthcare: All that's missing is you.
