About the role Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you'll provide excellent service to new and existing customers - supporting the branch to achieve targets through sales, bookings, advice and scheduling. This is not your average call centre position - you'll join a supportive and friendly team that values your positivity and commitment.
Key responsibilities include: Engage with new and existing leads through outbound & inbound calls Provide courteous and prompt service to all customer interactions Strive to meet KPI's and objectives set for Customer Care Team Timely and regular follow ups with customers & potential customers Prompt escalation of issues that are not within the scope or ability of your authority Stay up to date to with the Flick Anticimex range of products and services  Commitment to continual improvement processes - contribute to review processes within the branch Contribute to a harmonious work environment, supporting the team through open communication Minimise customer defections or losses through the provision of exceptional customer service Other tasks and duties as needed About you Previous experience in a sales or customer service role Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport quickly Committed to supporting the team to achieve branch targets and KPIs Self-motivated and organised with a vibrant, positive attitude and great phone manner Committed to exceptional customer service and continual Improvement of service delivery Understanding of the Hygiene and/or Pest Control Industry well regarded, but not essential Why join us Salary + bonus Employee discounts on Flick services Excellent employee rewards program Great team environment & positive work culture Career development and training opportunities If this sounds like something you want to be part of, apply now.
