Customer Care Associate

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve customer service processes.7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.8. Stay up to date on industry trends, market changes, and new products to better assist customers.9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries.5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate difficult customer interactions with empathy.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Resilient and resourceful in handling challenges and adapting to change.8. Must be detail-oriented and organized.9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.10. Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
