Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries.5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate difficult customer interactions with empathy.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Resilient and resourceful in handling challenges and adapting to change.8. Must be detail-oriented and organized.9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.10. Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
