Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Care Associate to join our team at AIG in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.2. Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat.3. Providing product information and assistance with claims processing.4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.7. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
