Job Description:
SunTrust Banks is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support and management. We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual with strong decision-making and communication skills to lead our online customer support team.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of online customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.2. Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.4. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer support.5. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.6. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and marketing, to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support and management.3. Strong decision-making and communication skills.4. Resilient and motivated attitude.5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.6. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools.7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
