Customer Banking Consultant (Maternity Relief) - Sarina About The Role
This role is a key component to the success of our Sarina Branch. As a Customer Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for the highest delivery of an excellent customer experience and seamless service to our existing and new customers.This is a temporary Part-Time Maternity Relief position for approximately 12 months.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers through front counter operations including deposits, withdrawalsand account transactions Actively promote Auswide Bank's suite of products includingHome Loans, Term Deposits, Third Party Products (Allianz Insurance), Western Union/Travel Products and Credit Cards Identify and generate product leads for our Customer Banking Specialistand Home Lenders About You
As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, negotiation and communication skills, you will also need to:
Have proven experience in uncovering customer needs in a customer service environment Have worked in an environment where you have had to achieve set KPI's Be passionate about helping customers achieve their financial dreams and goals Be open to learning and engaging with key stakeholders across the business A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank About Auswide Bank
