What will you be doing?
The Customer Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our customer administration and payment processes.
You will lead a dynamic team overseeing customer-facing financial operations, fraud prevention and management and support product improvements.
Your leadership will be crucial in driving operational excellence and delivering on our roadmap projects.
As a Customer Administration Manager, you will: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Ensure the team meets performance targets and SLAs.
Oversee financial operations and compliance.
Maintain robust fraud systems and detection.
Fulfil Responsible Gambling Officer duties.
Collaborate with finance teams for reconciliation.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement prevention strategies.
We're looking for a Customer Administration Manager who: Has experience leading and developing teams.
Is skilled in overseeing financial operations and compliance.
Can maintain and improve fraud prevention systems.
Understands responsible gambling policies and regulations.
Has excellent collaboration and mentoring skills.
Stays updated on industry trends and best practices.
Is proactive in driving continuous improvement.

Our Brisbane-based hybrid model offers the best of both worlds, collaboration and connection in our office (3 days/week) and the flexibility of working from home (2 days/week).
We also embrace flexible working hours with core collaboration times from 10am-2pm.
This allows you to structure your day around your commitments and preferences, promoting productivity and well-being.
