The role
Due to some recent project wins, we're excited to welcome a dynamic Senior Project Manager (SPM) to our team in Sydney, where you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and grow your career with us. As a Senior Project Manager at CTPG, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of education and commercial projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business. The successful candidate will have the potential for career progression to a Project Director position over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Directors and leadership team of the company Lead and manage high profile projects from inception to completion Develop and grow relationships with key consultants and client stakeholders Contribute to learning and development of our talented team Be an ambassador for the company, contributing to the overall success and growth of CTPG Minimum Requirements:
A degree in Construction Management, Building Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture or a related field Strong leadership and exemplary written and verbal communication skills. 8-10 years of relevant project management experience within the property and construction sector. Proven track record of successfully delivering high profile projects. Project experience within the education and commercial sectors is highly desirable. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency Driving License What We Offer:
