Are you an adventurer who wants to join us on our journey of continuous improvement in customer centricity? In your role as CRM Officer role, you will provide support to the markets for our CRM Salesforce platform. You will be part of a larger dynamic Digital Marketing & Customer Experience team coordinating digital sales & marketing tools within Reynaers Group. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced business environment working with multiple digital tools, and should possess a blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Reporting to the CRM manager, your contributions will be key in leveraging the CRM platform to its fullest potential, and enabling growth in our markets when it comes to adoption, usage and success of the platform. What are your responsibilities? CRM Support You assist in the maintenance and day-to-day operations of the CRM Salesforce platform, covering a wide variety of topics including user management, issue management, data management and cross-market communication. You identify, log and track any issues faced by users within the CRM system. CRM Trainings You provide training sessions for key users on best practices and CRM functionalities. You continuously update training materials as the system or processes evolve. Data Management: Y ou support key users, when needed, in their learning curve to manage their data. You regularly update, maintain, and clean CRM databases for accuracy and compliance. Project Management: T ogether with the CRM manager, you assist in delivering CRM projects to a good end, for example by liaising with stakeholders, preparing and executing test scenario's and providing go-live communications. Reporting: You monitor CRM metrics that boost adoption, engagement, data quality and overall success of the platform across markets What´s your profile? You have graduated with a bachelor/master's degree and have first working experience, preferably in an IT or business function. A first experience with a CRM software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus, but eagerness and willingness to learn are at least as important. You don't shy away from working with data and analytics on a daily basis. Problems or Hurdles? No, you just see opportunities to improve ! You have knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel. You are flexible and can adapt between working on a project-basis as well as ad-hoc support. You are a proficient communicator, speak and write English fluently and can easily adapt to different cultures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
