About the role
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Creditors Administrator to join our Dynamic Strata Branch in Sydney. This role is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the Office Manager and Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative services to our team.
Objectives
Allocate invoices relating to buildings managed by PICA Group. Efficiently manage and validate the paying of invoices. Ensure all invoices are processed into the queue for the Strata Manager approval. Assist with any creditor enquiries – assisting with email and phone queries. Upload and enter invoices for managers to approve. Manual payments for refunds/bonds. Verify bank details with new contractors. About you
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar all-rounder role specializing in Accounts or Administration. Ideally, you will have had some real estate/property experience, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest! You're known for outstanding client service. You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.
