Credit Risk Analyst | Corporate Finance and PropertyJoin our Credit Risk Team based in either Sydney or Melbourne with responsibility for Corporate Finance and Property counterparties and transactions supporting our Business Banking Division.

What role will you play?As an Analyst, you will work closely and collaboratively with senior credit signatories and business stakeholders to structure and approve transactions. You will work as part of a team that analyses new and existing transactions for corporate, institutional and private clients, whilst working with business stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and efficient turnarounds. In addition, this role will also see you actively involved in initiatives to monitor and manage portfolio quality, identify emerging risks and enhance credit governance.
What you offerPrior experience in credit risk management in cash flow lending or accountingStrong excel and financial modelling skills.Ability to problem solve and interpret financial statementsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationshipsExperience or an interest in both corporate finance and property transactions is highly desirableAbout the Risk Management GroupIn our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
