As a Credit Analyst in our team, you're someone who is accountable for your own journey – this means workload, performance, and desire to learn. With a strong customer-focus, you are someone who can identify opportunities and enjoy looking beyond the application, to the actual person.You will manage a network of key referrers who know that when they send someone to you, that person will be looked after professionally in a friendly, quick, and results-focused manner.Key Responsibilities:Build and nurture excellent relationships with Brokers, Dealers, and customers.Utilize commercial lending experience and asset finance knowledge to assess long-term goals.Demonstrate a strong work ethic by working quickly and efficiently.Make informed decisions and confidently back yourself.About Us:We are a small and friendly team who love to hang out together when we're not working hard.
