to spread the craft beer love far and wide across the Northern Rivers from Byron Bay Shire to Tweed Heads. Ideally you will be based in Byron Bay, entrenched in local community and have a passion for our product and industry. This role is available on a permanent, full time basis reporting into our NSW Sales Manager. What would your typical day look like?

You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into the hands of drinkers. You'll hit the road, visiting our on-prem and off-prem customers to really get to know them and understand their needs. You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution plans. You'll coordinate events with our marketing team and educate our customers and drinkers with your beer wisdom through epic tasting sessions. You will always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.

What are we looking for?

Someone who is all about our customers and drinkers. You've got that knack for building long lasting relationships! Sales experience: you may come from the liquor or FMCG retail, hospitality or another industry – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results. A proactive attitude and comfortable in pursuing new business opportunities. You're accountable. You're the type of person who follows up and follows through. You'll need a full clean drivers' licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis.
