About the Role: As a CPD Programs Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Program Coordination: Support the administration of programs including seminars, conferences and workshops. Under the direction of the CPD Operations Team Leader, coordinate and implement the delivery of live streamed programs Manage the facilitation of live program delivery including breakout rooms, polls, chat and related features. Client Experience: Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally and accurately to prospective registrants. Respond professionally, accurately and in a timely manner to registrants' and other stakeholder enquires. Administrative Support: Preparation of program information for presenters and registrants. Monitor program registration numbers. Maintain and update the CPD program calendar and planner. Assist reception coverage as required. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:
