The Senior Regional Manager plays a vital role in working with the Head of Retail to execute the retail strategy and drive profitability across VIC and TAS. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, a customer-centric approach and the achievement of key performance indicators across all stores within their purview, ultimately taking ownership of the regional P&L. The Senior Regional Manager also directly oversees 2-4 'flagship' style stores in VIC.


Key Accountabilities Partner with Regional Managers to achieve regional sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectivesProactively monitor market trends and competitive activity, identifying opportunities to expand market share and capitalise on emerging customer segments or product categoriesAnalyse regional sales data to identify opportunities for growth and work with Regional Managers to develop initiatives that maximise sales and profitabilityOversee and ensure operational consistency and excellence across all storesProvide guidance, support and coaching to Regional Managers in analysing store performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfactionFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the sharing of best practices and innovative solutions across all storesPartner with the Head of Retail and Finance team to manage regional retail budgets, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to maximise ROI and support growth initiativesAnalyse regional sales, expenses and profitability trends, collaborating with Regional Managers to implement corrective actions, optimise resource allocation and address any budget variancesEmbrace uncertainty and change while facilitating and enabling strategic change with clarity, empathy and optimismCollaborate across group, building team cohesion and connection, to inspire and bring our House of Brands strategy to lifeCreate and foster an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive and feel included, respected and safe.

Key Capabilities Significant experience in a multi-site retail management role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales, improving profitability and elevating customer experienceDemonstrated experience in leading, managing and developing high-performing teams within a matrixed organisational structureStrong understanding and appreciation for the brand, its aesthetic and target customer. Experience in contributing to the growth and development of a premium retail brand is highly advantageousExperience in contributing to strategic projects and initiatives within a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and achieve successful outcomesExperience in leading and managing organisational change initiativesProven ability to lead team growth, capability building and succession planningProven ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate cost-efficient rotasStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to adapt quickly to changes in the retail environment and respond with effective solutions.
