Tablelands Sexual Assault Service (TSAS) is a specialist sexual assault service providing free, trauma informed counselling, advocacy and prevention service on the Atherton Tablelands in FNQ.

TSAS provides service delivery across the local rural/remote region.
About the role As a sexual assault counsellor, you will be providing counselling, advocacy and support to children, young people and adults whose lives are affected by sexual abuse and/or sexual violence.
This role includes opportunities to work collaboratively with the team on awareness raising, prevention and education initiatives.
We are looking for a passionate and courageous team player who isn't afraid to laugh and is interested in helping people to be safe and reclaim their lives.
Skills and experience You MUST have a tertiary qualification in Social Work/Psychology/Counselling or similar and at least 2 years counselling experience, a valid blue card and driver's license, an open mind, willingness to learn, and a passion for human rights, justice and equality.
