About the Role
Join our team as the Council Services Coordinator in Elliott!
In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of community and program staff to deliver essential Council services, ensuring our communities are well-presented, well-maintained, and thriving.
The Essentials
Capabilities to lead, develop, coach, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplined, cohesive, high-performance team.
An understanding of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations practices and policies relevant to the workplace.
Demonstrated ability to successfully implement Municipal Services and programs in communities with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ability to interpret relevant Local Government legislation and policies.
Sound knowledge of financial budgeting and reporting in accordance with approved budgets.
Current Driver's Licence and 4WD Accreditation.
A current National Criminal History Check (within the last 3 months).
A current Northern Territory Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).

The Finer Details
Full-Time position with an annual salary of $115,500 per annum ($4,442.31 gross per fortnight).
Remote Community Zone Allowance of $2.51 per ordinary hour.
11.5% Superannuation.
Annual Leave of 6 weeks paid with 17.5% Leave Loading.
Relocation Assistance of up to $5,000.
