Ensure alignment with DTP's Investment Lifecycle Framework and PMO reporting requirements. Support the broader Maintenance team to ensure project and program financial reporting is accurate and update to date. Collaborate in the development and implementation of innovative improvements to complex problems, processes, practices and systems that will lead to increased business efficiency, and improvements in delivery performance.Apply specialist project management, including program and project financial analysis, to drive the delivery of the capital works program to be within budget and reduce operating costs.Provide high quality reports and influential advice on the status of projects and programs to support effective financial governance of projects and programs.Effectively develop and strengthen the capability and capacity of financial management within the project management team(s).Build and maintain effective working relationships and has appropriately influenced stakeholders to provide timely and effective program monitoring and financial services.Promote and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.To be successful in this role you will diagnose trends and opportunities, using systems thinking to solve problems and coach your team.
