The Role
Genus Industrial is seeking a Cost Controller based in either WA OR Victoria.
The successful person must be able to display proven experience in working with a high volume of projects >$20 million and above, ideally with an understanding of Transmission Line Projects or similar.
Position Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Prepare all information and reporting requirements in a timely and accurate basis, ensuring a quality output within the guidelines of the project control processes and procedures.
Produce for Project Managers:
Project Budget Variation Reports
Project Cost Forecasts
Actual Cost Reports
Monthly Project Expenditure Reports
Produce for the Senior Leadership Team:
Project Actual versus Projected Costs Summary
Project Profit Estimate Report
Monthly Financial Statements outlining project progress
Reporting to the Project Manager as required:
Potential and actual impacts on the project cost Budget, and Cost Studies
Maintain and update the project cost database for all project costs
Position Requirements:
5 Years experience in Cost Controller positions.
Experience with Primavera P6.
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite.
