We are excited to announce our collaboration with the client to search for a permanent Corporate Services Coordinator to join a dynamic business located in Sydney CBD.
The client, a prestigious tech firm, prides itself on a vibrant culture that emphasizes success and teamwork. This role will be situated at the front desk, involving client interaction and serving as the main point of contact to enhance the overall office experience.
The successful candidate will join a four-member team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities will include event management, warmly welcoming staff, guests, and clients, and overseeing facility management.
The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, particularly within hotels or client services. This corporate environment demands a focus on providing a seamless client experience.
Duties include:
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sydney office, inclusive of facilities, amenities and building management requests (E.g. lights and other equipment broken or not working in the office);Keeping visitor arrival areas, kitchen and common areas clean and presentable.Catering and ordering office supplies such as stationery, kitchen items, food and beverages.Greeting visitors and clients and assisting them as required.Ensuring meeting rooms are set up correctly for meetings, including providing water, coffee etc.Monitoring the general enquiries inbox and distributing emails to relevant recipients.Coordinate with the building reception to provide access to guests via an online system.Assisting staff with meeting room bookings/Teams facilitation;Coordination of EventsPrinting and binding of presentation packs when required.Managing bookings of the company carCoordinating courier services, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries.Ordering of business cards as required.Assisting with team & social events.Working with the team on different projectsManaging the catering for the businessBeing on top of the supplies, ensuring the office runs smoothly for the clientsAssisting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.We are looking for a positive-minded, self-starter who prides themselves on being a team player but equally someone with the ability to succeed in working independently.
