Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee valuation reports for businesses, intangible assets, options, rights, debt securities, and derivatives
- Manage Independent Expert Opinions for litigation and dispute resolution
- Lead financial analysis and modelling to support written reports
- Identify business development opportunities and assist with proposal processes
- Contribute to team management and financial oversight
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Valuations, ideally from a Mid-Tier, Big 4, or boutique valuation practice
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Commerce
- CA qualification
- Strong knowledge of Australian mid-market M&A
- Advanced numerical and analytical skills with sound business acumen
- Excellent financial modelling and report writing abilities
- In-depth understanding of relevant legislation, accounting standards, and guidance notes
- Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills
