Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for a variety of transactions
- Analyse complex financial information and provide strategic insights
- Prepare high-quality financial due diligence reports for buy-side, sell-side, and pre-lend assignments
- Lead client meetings and conference calls, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Assist with Investigating Accountant's Report assignments for capital raisings and IPOs
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in a mid to large size professional services firm, with a focus on Transaction Services
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- CA qualification or international equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven project management and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
