The Opportunity
In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to participate in all stages of transactions, collaborating closely with the team and Partners. From building financial models to conducting industry research, your role will be diverse and challenging. We provide extensive training and support from our experienced team of partners and directors, ensuring your professional growth in corporate finance.
Your Key Responsibilities Build basic 3-way investment and financial models (balance sheet, P&L statement, and cash flow statements) Prepare documents such as Information Memorandum, investor presentations, and client reports Conduct thorough research on industries and companies, documenting your findings Assist in all stages of the transaction and advisory process Undertake accounting-based project work About you: To be considered for this exciting role, you should be:
Super smart CA/CPA qualified (or near completion) Minimum 12 months solid accounting, tax or corporate finance related experience. An understanding of fundamental accounting principles Ability to interpret accounting information Strong Excel skills Genuine interest in the Corporate Finance/Advisory industry Candidates with debt advisory and equity raising experience will also be given consideration. On offer: An excellent, competitive salary of $80,000 to $110,000, dependent on experience Flexible working conditions, including WFH. Supportive, learning and development team environment.
