Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Ringers Western is a leading Australian eCommerce, founder-led, rural lifestyle apparel and footwear brand. From its inception on a cattle station in the Kimberley, Western Australia, the brand has developed into a regional workwear / rural-inspired apparel and footwear lifestyle brand. Since launching in 2016 with a range of casual t-shirts and trucker hats, the brand has seen significant growth over the last eight years in its eCommerce offering, whilst also introducing wholesale stockists, a bespoke embroidery division, warehouse/retail outlets and securing large corporate uniforms contracts.
Led by an experienced team of founders, Ringers Western is well positioned to generate strong growth through continued eCommerce expansion, concept stores rollout, wholesale stockists, corporate partnerships and expanding into international markets (e.g. US & Europe).

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Executive at Ringers Western will manage all aspects of our corporate accounts, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can oversee corporate accounts, build strong client relationships, and assist in developing custom corporate uniform items tailored to client needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, providing outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and customising solutions to meet their needs. Conduct regular check-ins, provide updates on new products, and gather feedback to enhance client experiences. Bespoke Uniform Development Collaborate with clients to understand their specific branding and uniform needs. Work closely with the product design team to develop custom uniform items, ensuring alignment with client specifications and brand image. Account Management and Coordination Oversee the lifecycle of corporate accounts from onboarding to continuous support and follow-ups. Monitor order fulfilment and work with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Prepare and deliver regular account status reports, including performance metrics and tailored insights. Financial Oversight and Reporting Ensure accurate, timely invoicing and assist with account reconciliations as needed. Work with the finance team to resolve billing issues and maintain account payment compliance. Ensure currently on accounts for a smooth end of month reconciliation. Corporate Account Growth Identify new corporate client opportunities and collaborate on acquisition strategies with the sales team. Promote account expansion by recommending additional Ringers Western products and solutions to meet client needs. Creative and Market Insights Leverage Adobe Creative Suite to create bespoke uniform mock-ups for corporate client approval. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client demands, providing feedback to marketing and product development teams. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in account management with a strong customer service focus, ideally within a corporate or B2B setting. High level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients. Efficient and effective execution of tasks. Willingness to be hands-on and proactive. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (highly regarded but not essential) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with a capacity to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience with Netsuite and Shopify highly regarded.
