RoleThis is a newly created role for a personable, smart, and switched-on junior lawyer.
You will work alongside a Senior Associate.
The firm has a loyal base of high net worth individuals and SME clients that value the tax, general commercial, corporate advisory, succession planning, and estates expertise provided.
We are seeking a graduate or junior lawyer with up to 2 years' PAE.
You will work across the full range of corporate/commercial law, including tax issues in relation to M&A, business sales and acquisitions (particularly in the listed space), corporate restructuring (in particular acting for family offices that are restructuring their group and trusts), and general commercial transactions.
