The Role A newly created opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Associate or Senior Associate to join our Sydney Corporate Advisory team supporting Brent Delaney who has recently joined the firm. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile M&A and private equity transactions with a particular focus on the technology and knowledge economy sectors and often with a cross-border flavour. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth of the practice and will be exposed to some of the leading investment houses both locally and internationally on market leading deals. In return, we will work with you to develop your practice in a supportive and collaborative environment that exposes you to exceptional deal experience.
Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in corporate law from a national or top-tier firm with a strong focus on M&A. You will have a proven track record of handling complex transactions, excellent negotiating, drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and will have the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The role will provide the successful candidate with exceptional experience and training, not just in technical legal matters but also in client relations, whilst being part of a fun and dynamic team in one of the fastest growing law firms in the country.
