In this important role you will be responsible for leading and implementing the delivery of Scape's flagship Core Fund, on behalf of global institutional investors. You will act as a conduit between Scape's Investment Management, Finance, Leasing, Marketing, Operations and Management teams and Core Fund investors, ensuring that we maximize the value of the fund and deliver on expectations.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven fund manager to join our team. You will be passionate, capable of building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, innovative, and have strong attention to detail.You will also have:10+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting or relatedA strong understanding of the Australian real estate investment market, and Core Program processes and conventions is desirableExtensive experience with cash flow modelling and investment valuation techniques including feasibility, analysis, and reportingExcellent numerical and financial modelling skillsEffective stakeholder manager, capable of building strong external and internal relationshipsArticulate, credible, confident and willing to contribute ideas in one-on-one dealings with directors, investors and senior stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsPERKS OF WORKING WITH SCAPEAt Scape, we are all about keeping an open mind and spreading the good vibes.
