The role In joining our People and Culture team as Coordinator – Talent and Capability , you will enjoy providing accurate and efficient learning and capability services and undertaking training related activities to ensure Suncare meets the training compliance requirements for all positions.
Reporting to the Manager – Talent and Capability, your responsibilities include:
Facilitating Corporate Orientation Scheduling and coordinating all leadership and face-to-face training programs Responding to Certificate III enquiries and supporting enrolment Reporting and Learning and Development system maintenance Collation, evaluation and sharing of training feedback and contributing to continuous improvement Delivering communications to support and promote training programs Supporting the P&C team with the development and implementation of Capability projects This opportunity is available as a 12-month maximum term contract, full-time (Monday – Friday), with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements that include working at our Maroochydore office and from home.
What you will bring to our team As a customer and continuous improvement focused professional, we will value your efficient and effective administration skills and enthusiasm to positively contribute to a team-based environment. You will also possess:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or significant experience in a similar role Demonstrated ability to use IT systems including HRIS and/or LMS and Microsoft Office suite, and embrace current and new technologies Exceptional customer service skills and experience in providing timely and accurate administrative support to managers and employees High level organisational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities to meet conflicting deadlines with minimal supervision Demonstrated ability to ensure a high level of confidentiality and discretion is always exercised Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders Adaptability and flexibility to be able to respond to changing task requirements in an enthusiastic and positive way High level attention to detail and typing accuracy What we offer At Suncare, our people really are our greatest asset.
