(SCHADS Level 6) + superannuation + annual leave loading + NFP salary packaging benefits About the service The Carer Gateway Services (CGS) have been created in the context of national reforms and represent an exciting new era for the delivery of innovative carer services.
This program exists to provide free and accessible support services for people in our community who care for a loved one with a disability, medical condition, mental health challenges or is frail due to age.
About the opportunity Due to internal career progression, CGS is now seeking a new Service Confirmation Coordinator to join our team.
The focus of this position will be to lead our Service Confirmation, Program Support and Booking Coordinator teams in a fast-paced environment and support them to deliver timely, quality, accessible and financially responsible services and care for our service participants.
This role would be ideal for a self-reflective leader with demonstrated experience in nurturing a collaborative team culture amongst members spread across a large geographic area; someone who is adept at identifying opportunities for service improvement and has the ability to instil best practice, processes and systems to drive optimal outcomes for service participants.
