Fixed term: Until 1 August 2025Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)Usual work location: Geelong (flexibility may be available)The Role Reporting to the Manager, Priority Projects Governance and Reporting, this position is responsible for coordinating the delivery of projects across the region, in partnership with key stakeholders including the Commonwealth Government.
The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of a team, enjoy flexible working arrangements and undertake a wide variety of activity across the project.
Key Accountabilities include: Lead the delivery of a range of key infrastructure projects within the Geelong and the Great Ocean Road region.Develop and maintain strong productive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Provide authoritative advice to senior management on complex project issues and solutions.The Team The position of Coordinator, Projects forms a part of Priority Projects and Business Performance and sits within the Regional Development Victoria (RDV) group.
RDV works with businesses, communities and across government to deliver economic growth, create jobs, build resilience, and support economic recovery in our regions.
About You Demonstrated experience and knowledge in infrastructure project delivery, together with strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required for this role.
