The opportunity IFYS is seeking a Coordinator to lead the Old Church Youth Emergency Accommodation Program, based in Nambour. This established program follows the Youth Foyer model, providing safe accommodation and tailored support services to young people on the Sunshine Coast who are experiencing homelessness. The Youth Foyer approach focuses on supporting young people in their transition to independent living, with an emphasis on education, employment, and life skills development.
Reporting to the Manager - Accommodation Services, the Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Old Church facility, providing leadership and support to a team of Youth Workers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centred services.
