About the Role: As the Coordinator Civil Maintenance and Fleet, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a dynamic team responsible for maintaining the city's road networks, footpaths, rural roads, drainage, civil maintenance and fleet to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing areas such Civil Maintenance, Civil Projects, Workshop, Fleet maintenance, Fleet acquisition and Stores. With a substantial operational and capital works budget at your disposal, you'll play a pivotal role in programming and managing various works alongside senior staff and approximately 40 staff members.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team to ensure the effective management and maintenance of the City's Civil operations. Oversee Civil Maintenance, Civil Projects, Fleet Acquisition and Fleet maintenance teams. Program and manage operational and capital works projects to enhance the city's presentation. Why Join Us?
