Kitchen (Back of House) Team Member As a Kitchen Attendant at our establishment, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of food quality while adhering to health and safety regulations. Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Food Preparation: Execute food prep tasks according to the chef's instructions, including washing, cutting, and peeling ingredients. Cooking: Assist in preparing a variety of hot dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate. Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Pantry Management: Regularly check and manage pantry supplies to ensure everything is well-stocked. Stocking Ingredients: Replenish ingredients as needed to support smooth kitchen operations. Operational Efficiency: Contribute to the efficiency and speed of kitchen operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.10 – $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week
