La Latina in Chatswood is the home of authentic Latin American cuisine on Sydney's North Shore.
We offer a traditional menu featuring many favourites of Latin America.
Our restaurant features authentic Latin American decor, enhancing our diners' experience and reminding some of home.

As part of our growing team, we are looking to employ a Cook on a full-time, permanent basis.  As part of this role, you will be required to:  All preparation of foods including cutting, marinating, blanching and all other mise en place Food quality/freshness checks ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations  Storage of food including proper refrigeration at correct temperatures Cooking!
Using equipment such as grills and ovens to prepare and deliver our extensive Latin American menu Helping design new menu items or specials - we are always looking for ways to improve our diner's experience Plating food in an authentic and beautiful way using our famous sauces and spices  Overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining a clean and safe workplace  Experience in Latin American cooking is advantageous but not necessary!
We do however require experience in a professional working kitchen and dining setting.
We are offering a salary of $70,000 - $75,000 p.a.
for the right candidate!
