This role has a rotating 12-hour roster across 7 days. In this position, you will oversee daily control room operations and incident management, monitor surveillance systems, compile reports, and ensure compliance with site policies.
Your proactive approach will enhance safety across the site.
Skills & experience Monitor CCTV footage and action breach situations.Report all alarms in accordance with the level of the breach.Maintain focus and observe activities, ensuring only authorized individuals are attending client sites.Camera set up and reviews including setting alert zones and alarm schedules.Troubleshooting offline cameras.Data reporting (number plate recognition).Use computerized access control systems as required.Use appropriate methods of communication (e.g., radio, phone, logbooks) to report incidents and issues.Key criteria Previous experience working in Control Room Operations.Current 1E Security License.Good written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail.Effective conflict management.Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Computer literate in MS Office products and confidence to learn new systems.Your application will include the following questions:
