Contracts Manager - Large Health Project

Reputable Tier 1 builder are looking for a Contracts Manager with previous experience of Health projects for a large Health project.
Company ProfileThis builder is one of Sydney's premier builders that is busy across multiple sectors. They are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager ideally with Health experience for a large Health project. This role is to lead a team on the project. The Position:You will be based across one large scale project helping to mitigate risk and ensure that things run smoothly throughout the project, you will deal with all the head contract administration and manage CA's below you. In addition to this you will assist where necessity more junior members of staff solving any commercial management issues across their projects, providing guidance and advice. You will report directly into the Commercial Manager.Ideal background / skill set Construction Management Degree Demonstrated experience administrating Head contracts on large scale projects Thorough understanding of NSW contractual law & GC21 forms of contract Ability to identify and mitigate risk Be willing and able to provide guidance and advise to junior members of staff This is a great opportunity for someone to lead a team on a major project in a senior role for a business that is fantastic to work for.Australian Tier 1 or 2 experience is a must.Please get in touch with Alex Mitchell / or click apply.
