Project: The relevant role will involve the construction and fit-out of 9 Data Halls on a $100 M Data Centre project in Melbourne's Western suburbs.
This project has guaranteed works until late 2025.
Role: Joining the team as a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for all procurement, letting, vetting and negotiating of trades, head & sub-contract management, stakeholder management, and general administration duties.
You will also be responsible for developing, upskilling, and mentoring Contract Administrators, whilst leading and ensuring the project makes profit.
