Contracts Manager

Position: Experienced Contracts Manager for a $100m Data Centre in the Western Suburbs | 10 years+ experience as Contracts Administrator required

This national Contractor specializes in Health, Labs & Data Centre projects up to $100M. This growing business prides itself on working across fun and exciting projects for the team. The company is in a growth phase, now employing over 100 staff nation-wide, and has solidified its spot in the market.
Project:
The relevant role will involve the construction and fit-out of 9 Data Halls on a $100M Data Centre project in Melbourne's Western suburbs. This project has guaranteed works until late 2025.
Role:
Joining the team as a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for all procurement, letting, vetting and negotiating of trades, head & sub-contract management, stakeholder management, and general administration duties. You will also be responsible for developing, upskilling, and mentoring Contract Administrators, whilst leading and ensuring the project makes profit.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will have the following:
Degree in Construction or Diploma in Building 10+ years' experience within contracts in the construction industry A strong understanding of cost reporting Experience working with projects at a minimum of $50M High level of attention to detail Excellent communication & presentation skills Contact: Ryan on 0431 767 838 or
